How to Measure

How to Measure

How to Measure Yourself

To find the perfect size, follow these simple steps to measure yourself accurately. You'll need a flexible measuring tape and a mirror to help ensure correct placement.

Chest Width

  1. Position the Tape: Wrap the measuring tape around the fullest part of your chest, just under your armpits and around your shoulder blades.
  2. Ensure Proper Fit: Make sure the tape is snug but not too tight, allowing you to breathe comfortably.
  3. Take the Measurement: Check the number where the tape meets itself to get your chest measurement.

Body Length (for T-shirts and Hoodies)

  1. Stand Straight: Stand naturally with your arms relaxed at your sides.
  2. Position the Tape: Place the measuring tape at the highest point of your shoulder (near the base of your neck).
  3. Measure to Hem: Pull the tape down vertically to where you want the shirt or hoodie to end (typically around the hip or waist for shirts, and mid-thigh for hoodies).
  4. Record the Measurement: Note the length in inches for your body length.

Sleeve Length (for Hoodies)

  1. Position the Tape: Place the measuring tape at the center of the back of your neck.
  2. Measure Over Shoulder: Extend the tape over your shoulder and down the outside of your arm to your wrist.
  3. Arm Position: Keep your arm slightly bent at the elbow when taking the measurement for accuracy.
  4. Record the Measurement: Note the total sleeve length.

Helpful Tips

  • Measure Over Light Clothing: For best results, measure yourself over a thin shirt or tank top to avoid adding extra inches.
  • Double-Check: Take each measurement twice to ensure accuracy.
