At Alive & Free Co., we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange process within 30 days of receiving your item.

Return Policy

Eligibility: Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Condition: Items must be in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, and free from any damage. Made-to-order items are subject to inspection upon return.
Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, such as custom designs, final sale items, and gift cards, cannot be returned.

Exchange Policy

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us at support@aliveandfreeco.com within 30 days of receiving your order. We’ll guide you through the exchange process and ensure you get the right product.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange:

Email support@aliveandfreeco.com with your order number and details about the item you’d like to return or exchange.
Once your return or exchange is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how to send the item back.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once we’ve received and inspected your return. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed.
